Another Sunday of Hendrix approved meal prep in the books!
Blueberry kodiak cakes, oats, chicken, salmon, quinoa, Sautéed Brussel sprouts, tomato, onion mix. Not in the picture, a big ass veggie omelette I make everyday, Greek yogurt, and black bean veggie burger.
Contrary to what most people think, you don’t have to starve to be healthy or buy a bunch of useless supplements. Make a plan and stick to it, easy as that.
I get asked, why I still meal prep if I’ve already lost so much weight. Structure is needed to keep everyone on track including myself, and well, losing weight isn’t hard, keeping it off is. How many people do you know that lose weight and then 3 months later are right back where they started?
Find out the caloric intake you need to reach your goals, meal prep, and be consistent. It takes time, but it’s worth it. You’re worth it.
