Here I go again, sharing the secret to how I lost 200lbs. The secret is there is no secret. It’s pretty simple actually. Meal prepping.

When you have some form of meal structure you’ll always stay on track. When you start consistently meal prepping, you’ll also start seeing consistent results. You’ll also find a balance where you can enjoy some of your favorite indulgences without setting yourself back. One donut isn’t going to make you fat, just like one salad and one workout aren’t going to make you skinny.

In the first picture we have this weeks meal prep and coach Hendrix giving it his seal of approval. In the second picture is meal prepping from four years ago. I don’t just preach it to clients, I lead by example.
