Booty Building

A lot of insta coaches will do this, where they have people jump around for an hour, use nothing but bands, and overuse isolation so that the potential client “feels the burn” and think that’s what gonna get a nice butt. Wrong.

Truth is, you have to focus on heavy compound movements, backsquats, front squats, deadlifts, sumo deadlifts, etc and then use those isolation exercises as accessory work afterwards.
