There’s only one answer to the question how to lose fat, and it’s maintain a calorie deficit, workout, make healthier choices, and consistency of all of the above. NO you don’t need any kind of pre, intra, or post, workout supplements, to help “burn fat faster” or “get results” Don’t throw your money away on those crappy supplements, spend it on groceries and coffee.

Side note: if you ask me about elbow fat or knee fat I’m going to look at you like you’re crazy, that’s called skin, we all have it, it’s what covers your bones lol 🤣🤷🏽‍♂️
