Fittest loser!


Alright ladies and gents! I’m bringing back our fittest loser contest! This will be called, the 40 days of fitness edition!

We will start it Monday August 27th and finish Friday October 5th.

You'll be able to gain points in two ways for this challenge. The first will be weight loss.


You will get a point for every percentage of weight you lose, i.e. If you weigh 200lbs and lose 20 pounds you have lost 10% of your body weight and would receive ten points. This evens the playing field for everyone involved. �The second part will be how many days you workout in 40 days. Everyday you workout you gain a point. You can get up to 40 points in this category. Yes, sessions count towards your point total on this.

For cardio to qualify as a workout the following criteria has to be met. Run/ walk 3 miles Row: 4500 meter Bike, stairs, or elliptical : 45 minutes

As usual we will have a $30 buy in with the winner taking whatever we collect for the pot.

Time to kill some of those extra calories from the summer and win some money on top of it!
