Today on the lunch menu: š¹spinach base š¹zucchini,yellow squash, grape tomato š¹English muffin w/ 1/2 tablespoon guacamole and two eggs with a drizzle of sriracha.
š¹chicken breast lightly bread with half a piece of whole wheat toast, pan seared, then placed in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. š¹1/2 tablespoon of guacamole on the side for dipping
