The sooner you realize there is no end date to health and fitness the better.

If you tell yourself I’m going to only workout and eat healthy until I hit my goal, well then afterwards you’ll slowly start losing muscle, you’re body will start felling softer, you’ll start gaining the weight back, and eventually you’ll be right back where you started.

Focus on progress not how far you have to go. You went from not working out to 3 workouts a week, progress. You got stronger, progress. You were able to track meals all week, progress. Your clothes fit better, progress. You meal prepped for the week, progress.

There’s more progress than just scaled based, and eventually all those small victories will get you to where you need to be.
